Random Media offers eBook distribution service for clients who would prefer to not sign a licensing deal with us but still require assistance with digital distribution into the Amazon Kindle and Apple iBooks stores.
Stores like the Amazon Kindle store require a Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN) from the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) for international publishers but US-based companies only require the Employment Identification Number already given to them as registered businesses, thus putting Random Media in the position to help international publishers and authors quickly get distribution into these large online stores.
Distributions Service
Clients pay a flat fee based on the number of pages and receive the following:
Conversion to required eBook formats
Submission to Amazon Kindle and Apple iBooks stores
Total control over pricing
Assistance from our team on pricing strategy and guidelines
Processing of payments (2.5% fee)
Random Media does not charge anything other than the flat fee and the processing fee for each sale. The processing fee is charged because purchases of inserted titles are credited to our account and we then have to make payments to the client. This small fee covers our administrative costs to process the payments.
